By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using CerebrumX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
CerebrumX is an AI-powered company knowledge platform that captures, organizes, and makes searchable the decisions, actions, and insights from your team's conversations and meetings, including content you choose to connect from third-party services such as Slack, Google, Microsoft, and Zoom.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Slack, Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Anthropic, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your authorization to connect them can be revoked by you at any time from the Integrations page.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CerebrumX and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.
We take reasonable measures to protect Your Content and isolate workspace data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for managing who you invite into your workspace and what data you choose to ingest.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI-generated outputs (summaries, decisions, action items, and answers) may be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CerebrumX and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
